Do Good Data's interactive Resource Data Dashboards help simplify common data management tasks by allowing users to jump straight to the views and relevant information they need to inform their work.

 

By default, our Resource Data Dashboards include six screens:

  • Overview: a basic view of records in the database that allows users to explore record connections, filter by record name or status, and click to open records directly in the database.
     

  • Locations: an interactive map provides a comprehensive view of the resource landscape, with geographical filters to narrow the focus to specific areas.
     

  • Services: lists the services offered under each agency and its individual programs,  shows target term usage, and allows for filtering by specific terms.
     

  • Taxonomy: displays the taxonomy in use throughout the database in a hierarchical fashion, allowing users to drill down on terms and quickly create custom lists of resources by category or individual terms.
     

  • Connections: interface for digging into the connections between agency, site, and program records to easily identify records with no programs or sites attached, site records with no associated programs, and floating program records with no sites.
     

  • Updates:  provides an overview that allows users to monitor details related to annual verifications and database compliance, including last formal update date, individual record complexity and compliance status, and more.

We do, however, understand that every data management team has its own unique workflows and reporting requirements. To meet your specific needs, Do Good Data offers the flexibility to modify existing screens and welcomes custom builds tailored to your organization's software and processes so that our Resource Data Dashboards can seamlessly integrate into your workflow and provide the insights you've always wanted.
